Fifteen years ago I didn’t know much about business, but I knew what I loved & I knew what I was good at. Scuba diving! I raised £60,000 in funding, bought a beach in Indonesia and built an off grid scuba diving resort from nothing. No water, no electricity, no roadmap. I dug the wells, built the cottages and ran a team of eleven. Five years later we had ten cottages, two boats and a feature on Channel 4’s Escape To The Wild. I sold that business for a multi six figure profit.
Back in the UK I built a property management business from zero cash to over 200 tenants and another multi six figure valuation. I sold that one too, exiting in May 2026.
Two businesses built from nothing.
Two businesses sold.
People wanted to know how I did it.
So I taught one person at a time,
until, of course, I realised I could teach
many at once.
I watched my clients build businesses that turned into serious revenue. I’ve spent years teaching everything I know: mentoring on a global female leadership programme, coaching inside other people’s communities, helping people step into their highest potential. But it was beginning to soak up my precious time and found myself repeating the same advice day in, day out.
So I turned what I knew into an online programme.

When I did OTM I didn’t think it was possible to make passive income in my labour intensive theatre ticket company, but I launched a membership and haven’t looked back since, in fact, I’ve turned over £6million since doing the course.
